In the WEPL Wiltshire division, the 1st XI lost by 8 wickets to a strong Hinton Charterhouse side.

Home side Hinton won the toss and elected to field. Harrison Painter (27) and Connor Hetherton (30) made starts as Marlborough progressed to 101-4, but the introduction of Haroon Naseer proved their undoing, taking 5-15 as Painter’s side collapsed to 105 all out.

Hinton were untroubled in their reply, reaching the target in 18 overs for the loss of two wickets, one apiece for Painter and Paul Smith.
