MCC Girls played Trowbridge today in the U13 indoor league, scoring 64 in the first innings. Trowbridge followed up with a total of 94, winning by 30 runs.

Isobel Yorke led the girls once more, who played well and showed a great togetherness and work ethic. There were some close run out opportunities and all credit to Trowbridge, who showed great bowling and batting and who were worthy winners on the day.

Both teams awarded a 'spirirt of the match' award to one of the the opponents' players and enjoyed another enjoyable fixture, with our girls picking up more great experience.

Next match is on 30th November against Chippenham CC.
